The prayer meeting of the Fire Dragon year ( Tib. Me 'brug chos' khor ; Chin. Bingchen fahui 丙辰 法 engl; Eng. Fire Dragon chos' khor; Prayer Meeting in the Fire-Dragon year, etc.) was a famous Buddhist council in Tibetan history. It was held in 1076 in the religious center of the Guge Empire: the Thoding ( mtho lding ) Monastery in Zanda (Tsada), Ngari, under the Guge King Tsede ( T. rtse lde ). Famous monks from India and from the Tibetan regions of Kham , Tsang and Ü took part.
