Mandatory sign

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As mandatory signs are safety signs referred to in a bid to point.

Basics

The pictograms are white according to DIN 4844-2 and are located on a round sign with a blue background ( RAL 5005 signal blue ) and a white border. They are mainly used in road traffic and in accident prevention at work. In occupational safety, they mainly indicate the protective devices to be worn. There is also the option of combining several instructions in one pictogram (e.g. helmet and glasses must be worn - both the helmet and the glasses are then highlighted in full white).

The new symbols according to the DIN EN ISO 7010 standard are internationally and European and were adopted in the technical rule for workplaces ASR A1.3 on February 27, 2013 .

ASR A1.3 and DIN EN ISO 7010 define code letters for the various categories of safety signs:

Each standardized safety label can be identified by the code letter and a three-digit number.
