history
Johann-Anton Kemper and his brother Eberhard Eduard Kemper founded the hinge factory “Gebr. Kemper ”. In 1899 the first areas of today's company premises were bought up. The Rüblinghauser Hütte was previously located here . A copper rolling mill was built here in which rods, sheets and wires made of brass and phosphor bronze were produced. In 1928, a complete copper smelter with refinery was built in addition to the rolling mill.

The casting division produces pressure-tight cast parts with a unit weight of 0 to 150 kg according to customer requirements.
Rolled products
The company supplies strips made of copper and special copper alloys. The rolling stands and measuring and control technology used allow the production of strips in thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 3 mm and widths from 3 mm to 340 mm.
