Gediminas onaitis

Gediminas Onaitis (born August 15, 1983 in Klaipėda ) is a Lithuanian politician, vice minister .

Life

After graduating from high school in the Lithuanian port city, he completed a bachelor's degree in economics at Klaipėdos universitetas and, in 2011, a master's degree in economics at the Faculty of Economics and Financial Management at Mykolo Romerio universitetas in Vilnius . In 2011 he took part in the local elections for the Klaipėda Municipality Council . He worked at UAB “Dentavis” as a director. He then worked as a senior specialist and later until 2014 as head of the department for renewable energies and energy efficiency at the Lithuanian Ministry of Energy . Since October 20, 2014, he has been the Deputy Minister of Economy of Lithuania , Deputy of Evaldas Gustas in the Butkevičius cabinet .
