Gediminas Sagatys
Gediminas Sagatys (* 1977 ) is a Lithuanian lawyer , civil judge and lecturer at the Mykolo Romerio universitetas (MRU).
Life
After graduating from high school, Sagatys completed a bachelor's degree in law at Lietuvos teisės akademija in 1998 and a master's degree at Lietuvos teisės universitetas in Vilnius in 2000 . In 2004 he received his doctorate from the Mykolo Romerio universitetas (MRU). From 2000 Sagatys taught as a lecturer and from 2006 as a lecturer at the Institute for Civil Justice at the MRU.
From 2000 to 2003 Sagatys worked in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania and from 2003 to 2007 at the Parliamentary Chancellery at Seimas as senior advisor. From 2007 to 2013 he was a lawyer . Since December 2013, Sagatys has been a judge in the Civil Matters Division of the Lithuanian Supreme Court .
