The joint rules of procedure of the Bundestag and the Bundesrat for the committee under Article 77 of the Basic Law ( GO-VermA ) are joint rules of procedure for the Bundestag and Bundesrat . It is enacted on the basis of Article 77 (2) of the Basic Law, has to be decided by the Bundestag and requires the consent of the Bundesrat. It is published in the Federal Law Gazette . The rules of procedure regulate the organization and procedures of the mediation committee .
