Genc Ruli

Genc Ruli (born April 11, 1958 ) is an Albanian politician ( PD ). Between 1992 and 1996, 2005 and 2009 as well as 2013 and 2017 he was a member of the Partia Demokratie e Shqipërisë (PD) in the Kuvendi i Shqipërisë (Parliament of Albania).

Between 2005 and 2009, Genc Ruli was Minister for Economic Affairs, Trade and Energy in the first government cabinet of the then Prime Minister Sali Berisha ( PD ) and between 2009 and 2013 Minister for Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection in the second government cabinet .
