Genci Cakciri

Genci Cakciri (born May 26, 1982 in Tirana ) is an Albanian tennis player .

Career

Cakciri won the Albanian championship four times in a row between 2003 and 2006. In 2007 he took part in the Summer Universiade in Bangkok and reached the third round in singles, where he lost to the Russian Pavel Chekhov .

In May 2010 he was a member of the newly formed Albanian Davis Cup team , but lost all five games, four of which were doubles. Since then, Cakciri has not played in the Davis Cup .

Since January 2005 he has been the Albanian junior national coach.
