General Acha is the capital of the Utracán department in the La Pampa province in central Argentina . The place can be reached via the Ruta Nacional 152 , which runs nearby.
history
The place was founded on August 12, 1882. From 1884 to 1900 he was the capital of the Territorio de La Pampa . General Acha has been connected to the railway network since 1896.
