Geneviève Cadieux

Geneviève Cadieux (born July 17, 1955 in Montreal ) is a Canadian photographer .

Geneviève Cadieux also shoots videos and created installations . She is known for her extremely large-format detailed shots of the human body.

Cadieux, who herself studied visual arts at the University of Ottawa , now teaches photography at Concordia University in Montreal. In 2014 she was elected a member of the Royal Society of Canada .

Cadieux was allowed to represent Canada with other artists at international art exhibitions:
