Geoffrey Bouchard (born April 1, 1992 in Dijon ) is a French cyclist .

Athletic career

Bouchard won the overall ranking of the Tour Alsace in 2018 and then drove as a stagiaire for the UCI WorldTeam Ag2r La Mondiale at the end of the season . He then received a regular contract with this team and contested his first Grand Tour with the Vuelta a España in 2019 . First he was supposed to support his captain Pierre Latour by attacking in the mountains. After he received numerous points in the mountain classification in this way , the tactics were changed and Bouchard concentrated on this special class, which he finally won.
