The Geographical Statistical-Topographical Lexicon of Swabia (also just Lexicon of Swabia for short ) is a lexicon by Philipp Ludwig Hermann Röder that was published in several parts from 1791 . The full title was Geographisches Statistisch-Topographisches Lexikon von Schwaben or a complete alphabetical description of all cities, monasteries, castles, villages, spots, farms, mountains, valleys, rivers, lakes, strange areas, etc., with a precise indication of their origin in the entire Swabian district , former and present owners, location, regimental constitution, number and food of the inhabitants, factories, factories, cattle ranch, strange buildings, new institutions, most distinguished peculiarities, etc.

The first edition of the first volume (initials A to K) appeared in 1791, the second volume (initials L to Z) followed a year later, in 1792. To supplement the volumes, additions, improvements and new articles on the geographic-statistical-topographical were published in 1797 Lexicon of Swabia. In addition to an appendix on all five knightly cantons of the imperial knighthood in Swabia . In 1800 and 1801 the two volumes appeared as an “increased and improved edition”, which, as the author writes in the foreword, in contrast to the first edition “could be increased by a considerable amount thanks to many new and improved articles - as can be seen on the face of it ".

The volumes were published by the Stettinische Buchhandlung in Ulm and printed in Fraktur .
