Georg Forst

Georg Ludwig Forst (born March 4, 1771 , † December 7, 1857 in Wiesbaden ) was a Nassau bailiff and judiciary .

Georg Forst married Marie Caroline Wilhelmine Dorothea, née Ibell (born February 13, 1778 in Wehen, † March 22, 1857 in Wiesbaden) on May 9, 1805 , the daughter of Carl Ibell (1744-1826), the bailiff in the Wehen office . His brother-in-law Carl Friedrich Emil von Ibell (1780–1834) became the regional president of the Duchy of Nassau.

Georg Forst was appointed bailiff of the Wehen office on October 18, 1814 as the successor to his father-in-law and held this office until 1821 (his successor as bailiff was Sebastian Engert ). From 1821 to 1828 he was bailiff in the Wiesbaden office and in 1828 until his retirement in 1843 he was a bailiff in the Braubach office .
