Georg Hermann Engelhardt
Georg Hermann Engelhardt (born June 3, 1855 in Berlin ; † 1943 there ) was a German landscape painter .
Georg Hermann Engelhard was born the son of the painter and etcher Georg Engelhardt (1823–1883). Engelhardt studied at the Prussian Academy of Arts in Berlin with Otto Knille , Albert Hertel and Christian Wilberg .
After completing his studies, Engelhardt worked mostly in Berlin and the Alpine countries. He also created landscapes on the Baltic Sea and in the Harz Mountains.
Engelhardt regularly took part in the exhibitions, u. a.
- 1875: Watercolor exhibition at the Kunstverein in Hamburg
- 1894: Great Berlin art exhibition
- 1914: Great Berlin art exhibition
- 1897: VII. International Art Exhibition in the Munich Glass Palace .
