Georg Alfred Jungmann (born September 1, 1956 in Saarlouis ) is a German politician and member of the CDU . From 1999 to 2009 he was a member of the Saarland state parliament . Since 2015 he has been managing director of the Saar waste disposal association .

Jungmann passed his technical college entrance qualification in 1974 . He then trained as a customs inspector from 1974 to 1977 with a degree in finance .
