Georg Kellinghusen (born March 12, 1947 ) is a German manager. Among other things, he was CEO of Alno AG from 2007 to 2009 .

Life

Georg Kellinghusen attended the Schloss Eringerfeld boarding school . After graduating from high school in 1967, he served in the Bundeswehr , most recently as a lieutenant in the armored force.

In 1974 he completed his studies in business administration with a degree in business administration and in 1978 he was awarded a doctorate degree with a thesis on provision forecasts in the annual financial statements under stock corporation law. rer. pole. PhD.

In his professional career, Kellinghusen was a board member of a division of Bertelsmann AG (1978–1989), CFO and board member of the battery manufacturer Varta AG (1989–1996), then in the same function at the telephone company Vebacom GmbH / o.tel.o communications GmbH & Co / VR Telecommunications GmbH & Co (1996–2000), CFO of Escada AG (2000–2005) and CFO (from February 2006) as well as CFO and CEO (from June 2006) of Zapf Creation AG . His contract, which ran until March 15, 2010, was terminated early on June 1, 2009. From September 1, 2009, Kellinghusen was Managing Director at Keiper GmbH & Co. On November 6, 2007, Kellinghusen received the FINANCE Award “ CFO of the Year ”, especially for his success in the financial and operational restructuring of troubled companies and in communicating with equity and debt capital providers.
