Georg Kuhlmeyer

Georg Kuhlmeyer (born March 29, 1894 in Stettin ; † January 2, 1983 in Bad Oldesloe ) was a German poet .

Life

Kuhlmeyer studied law , literature and art studies at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin , the University of Kiel , the University of Munich and the University of Greifswald . After graduating as Dr. jur. he worked as a manufacturer in his hometown of Szczecin. After 1945, when Stettin came to Poland, he lived in Ratzeburg .

Kuhlmeyer wrote poems which he published in volumes of poetry and in magazines, including in the Pommerschen Saat . In the anthology Pomeranian Literature - Samples and Data (1969) he is represented with three poems.
