Georg Langerfeldt

Georg Karl Arnold Langerfeldt (born June 12, 1846 in Bückeburg ; † November 19, 1903 there ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Langerfeldt attended high school in Bückeburg until 1864 and then studied law at the universities of Jena and Göttingen until 1867 . During his studies in 1865 he became a member of the Arminia fraternity in the castle cellar . After passing the state examination, he worked in the state and municipal judicial administration service of the Principality of Schaumburg-Lippe and the city of Stadthagen . In 1872 he settled as a lawyer in Bückeburg, where he practiced as such at the Bückeburg Regional Court and the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court . From 1881 he was a member of the Schaumburg-Lippesches Landtag and from 1887 its vice-president until he left the Landtag in 1893.

From 1890 to 1898 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Principality of Schaumburg-Lippe ( Bückeburg , Stadthagen ).

Since 1877 he was married to Else, née Heumann, with whom he had six children.
