Georg Peter Christian Beussel

Georg Peter Christian Beussel (born February 10, 1774 in Gartow , Kingdom of Hanover , † August 22, 1864 in Berlin-Moabit ) was a Berlin landowner .

He also worked as a local politician , since 1856 as a bailiff . He lived in Alt-Moabit since the 1830s . He owned the site on both sides of today's Beusselstrasse , which was named after him.

He is buried in the St. John's Cemetery . Today's Beusselstrasse and the Beussel-Kiez in Berlin-Moabit are named after him.
