Georg Riedesel zu Eisenbach (Land Marshal)
Georg Karl Ferdinand Friedrich Johann Riedesel zu Eisenbach (born April 26, 1785 , † August 4, 1854 ) was a Saxon Grand Ducal Land Marshal.
Georg Riedesel zu Eisenbach was the son of Friedrich Adolf Riedesel and his wife Friederike Riedesel zu Eisenbach . He married Caroline Friederike Louisa Riedesel (1784–1857), the daughter of the writer Johann Hermann Riedesel zu Eisenbach (1740–1784).
Riedesel zu Eisenbach studied natural sciences and then entered the civil service. In 1807 he left the civil service to manage the Neuenhof manor, where he laid out a landscape park from 1815. From 1817 he was a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach for the status of manor owners in the Eisenach district. As country marshal, he presided over the parliament as president of parliament .
