Georg Seyrer
Georg Seyrer (born April 13, 1921 - August 22, 2011 ) was a German ministerial official .
Career
Until his retirement in 1984, Seyrer was head of the plant production department in the Bavarian State Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Forestry with the rank of ministerial director . He decisively promoted the further development of crop production in Bavaria.

- Cross of Merit on Ribbon of the Federal Republic of Germany
- 1986: Max Schönleutner Medal from the Faculty of Agriculture and Horticulture at the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences
