George Anthony Harry Horvath (born March 14, 1960 in Danderyd ) is a former Swedish pentathlete .
Career
Horvath, whose parents came from Hungary, won the Swedish championship in 1979. He took in 1980 at the Olympic Games in Moscow , where he with the Swedish team around him, Lennart Pettersson and Svante Rasmuson behind the Soviet Union and Hungary the bronze medal won. In the individual competition, Horvath took ninth place.
He worked temporarily as a policeman in Stockholm .
