George Hummel (born February 9, 1976 in Mariental , South West Africa ) is a former Namibian soccer player. He last played for Eleven Arrows in the 2010/11 season and then coached the Blue Boys from Swakopmund , with whom they were promoted to the 2013/14 Namibia Premier League .
On August 26, 2010, he announced his retirement from the national team.
Hummel won the Namibian Cup three times in his career (1998, 1999 with Chief Santos , 2011 with Eleven Arrows ) and once in 2004 with Moroka Swallows, the South African Nedbank Cup .
