George Weller
George Anthony Weller (born July 13, 1907 in Boston , Massachusetts , † December 19, 2002 in San Felice Circeo , Italy ) was an American journalist and writer .
He was the first American journalist to visit Nagasaki after the end of the Second World War after the atomic bomb was dropped . In 1943 he was honored with the Pulitzer Prize for war reporting.
