Georges Kettel
Georges Kettel (born May 19, 1897 in Graide , Belgium , † July 16, 1972 ) was a Belgian Roman Catholic bishop.
He was ordained a priest on December 18, 1921. With his appointment as Vicar Apostolic of Kabinda (then Belgian Congo ) on March 24, 1953, he became titular bishop of Thabraca . He received his episcopal ordination on June 4, 1953. He is in the Apostolic Succession Line of Scipione Cardinal Rebiba .
On November 10, 1959, he was appointed the first bishop of the Kabinda diocese . After his resignation on December 19, 1968, he was appointed titular bishop of Caprulae .
