Georgi Alexandrovich mussel ( Russian Георгий Александрович Мушель ., Scientific transliteration Georgy Aleksandrovich Musel ' * 16 . Jul / 29. July 1909 greg. In Tambov , Russian Empire ; † 25. December 1989 in Tashkent , Uzbek SSR ) was a Russian composer .
Life
From 1930 to 1936, Muschel studied piano with Lev Oborin and composition with Anatoli Alexandrow , Nikolai Myaskovsky and Mikhail Gnessin at the Moscow Conservatory . Then he moved to Tashkent, where he taught at the conservatory. He was one of the pioneers of classical music in Uzbekistan.
He composed 3 works for the stage, 4 ballets, 3 symphonies, 19 other works for symphony orchestra, 8 instrumental concertos for orchestra, including 7 for piano and one for violin, 31 musical works for piano ensemble, 7 works for organ, 34 pieces of instrumental chamber music, 14 Works for piano ensemble, 15 vocal works, 3 choral works, 3 film music and 6 pieces of light music.
