Georgi Petrow Georgiev ( Bulgarian Георги Петров Георгиев ; born August 3, 1985 in Kazanlak ) is a former Bulgarian cyclist .
Athletic career
Georgi Petrow Georgiev began his career in 2004 with the Bulgarian cycling team Koloezdachen Klub Nesebar . In his second year there he won the sixth stage of the Tour of Romania to Curtea Arges. In 2006 he finished second in the Cupa Nikola Yankolov, and in 2007 he won a section of the Greek Tour of Alexandria. In 2008 Georgiev became Bulgarian road race champion . In 2010 he won several stages in tours, in 2013 the Tour of Szeklerland . In 2014 he ended his cycling career.
