Georgios Karasavvidis ( Greek Γεώργιος Καρασαββίδης ; * August 8, 1991 in Thessaloniki ) is a Greek football player .

Career

Karasavvidis joined PAO Diikitiriou from Iraklis Thessaloniki in 2010 . In January 2011 he moved to Austria for the second team of the regional league club SV Austria Salzburg . In November 2011 he made his debut for Salzburg's first team in the regional league when he came on as a substitute for Oliver Schmidt on the 17th matchday of the 2011/12 season against FC Hard in the 75th minute.

In January 2012 he moved to Germany to join the district division FT Gern . In January 2014 he moved back to Greece to the second division AO Episkopi . He made his debut in the Football League in March 2014 when he was brought into play for Giorgos Giakoumakis on match day 24 of the 2013/14 season against Olympiakos Volos in stoppage time .

In summer 2014 he moved to Apollon Kalamarias . In January 2015, he joined Anagennisi Giannitsa .

From the 2015/16 season he played in Germany in the district class for AE Galan Dachau . For the 2016/17 season he moved to FC Hellas Munich . In summer 2017 he joined the district league club FC Hertha Munich .

During the winter break of the 2017/18 season, he moved to Austria a second time, where he joined the regional division SK Austria Klagenfurt . With Klagenfurt he was able to move up to the second division at the end of the season . After promotion, he moved into the cadre of amateurs in Klagenfurt. In June 2019 he made his debut in the 2nd division when he came on as a substitute for Benedikt Pichler on matchday 30 of the 2018/19 season against FC Liefering in the 73rd minute .
