Gerald Brandstötter
Gerald Brandstötter (born April 26, 1959 - † July 17, 2004 ) was an Austrian sculptor.
Gerald Brandstötter graduated from the vocational school for woodworking in Hallstatt. He worked for the Sommerhuber company in Steyr, for which he designed ceramic stove tiles. At the University of Art and Industrial Design in Linz , he studied with Erwin Reiter and graduated with Master of Arts . Gerald Brandstötter lived as a painter and sculptor in the Steyrer Dunklhof until his death . He was killed in a motorcycle accident.
