The wave or current that forms all of his figures both in the picture and in the sculpture (mostly made of chrome-nickel steel) is characteristic of Erwin Reiter's work. “Flow” is also the name of the figure who has stood on the banks of the Danube in Linz since the “ Forum Metall ” in 1977 and is a frequently used motif on many postcards in Linz. Outside of exhibition, museum and collector's rooms, his works can be found at the Schwarzach motorway exit in Salzburg, at the entrance to the town of Kollerschlag , as well as in the form of well works in Julbach and at Salzburg AG for energy, traffic and telecommunications. There is also a freely accessible “open-air museum” in Julbach, a square where works on the “Platz der Menschheit (Plaza)” and “Hukepak” can be viewed. Pictures on the subject of “ Guantanamo ” were featured in the Soko Donau series.
