Gerardo Galindo (born May 23, 1978 in Cuernavaca , Morelos ) is a Mexican football player whose core position is in midfield .

Life

Galindo began his professional career in the 1997/98 season for the Club Universidad Nacional , based in the Mexican capital , with which he won two championship titles in 2004: first the Torneo Clausura in 2004, which was held in the first half of the year, and then in the second half of the year held Torneo Apertura 2004 .

About the Club Necaxa , with which he was under contract between mid-2006 and the end of 2008, he came to the Rayados de Monterrey in early 2009 , with whom he won the Torneo Apertura 2009 and was thus able to book his third championship title.
