Gerd Eggers
Gerd Eggers (born January 23, 1945 in Potsdam ; † April 20, 2018 there ) was a German writer and songwriter .
Life
After graduating from high school, Gerd Eggers worked in the Schwarze Pumpe combine and studied at the German Literature Institute in Leipzig from 1964 to 1967 . He was active in the FDJ poet movement. From 1970 he worked for the German Writers' Association.
