Gerd Kleinheyer

Gerd Kleinheyer (born August 2, 1931 in Berlin ) is a German lawyer .

Life

After receiving his doctorate in Bonn in 1959 and his habilitation in 1967 at the University of Bonn ( Hermann Conrad ), he was a private lecturer there . In 1967 he became a professor at the University of Regensburg and in 1973 at the University of Bonn. His academic work focused on German legal history, civil law and commercial law.
