Gerhard Bubel

Gerhard Bubel (born August 7, 1929 in Berlin ; † February 4, 2020 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Gerhard Bubel attended high school and joined the SPD in 1950. From 1953 to 1955 he studied business administration at the University Institute for Economics in Berlin. In the Berlin election in 1958 , he was elected to the District Assembly (BVV) in the Tiergarten district. After the 1979 election , Bubel was elected district councilor for construction by BVV Tiergarten. In the 1985 election he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives and resigned from parliament in 1989. He later became a lobbyist for a Canadian real estate company .
