Gerhard Krüger (economist)

Gerhard Krüger (born July 4, 1904 in Hamburg ; †) was a German economist.

Life

Krüger received his doctorate from the Technical University of Munich in 1932 . There he completed his habilitation in 1935. As director of the Clausthal Institute for Economics, he was appointed acting rector by the Control Commission for Germany (British Element) in December 1945 and confirmed for the year 1946/47. In February 1947 he was elected to the office of rector. He was elected again for the year 1953/54.
