Germán Rozenmacher (born 1936 in Buenos Aires ; died on August 6, 1971 in Buenos Aires , Mar del Plata , Argentina ) was an Argentine writer and playwright .

Life

He wrote the books Cabecita negra (German: The little black head) (1962), Los ojos del tigre (German: The eyes of the tiger) (1968). Simón Brumelstein, el caballero de Indias (Simón Brumelstein, the Knight of the Indias) (1982) and Réquiem para un viernes a la noche (Requiem for a Friday night) (1964). These books are currently not available in bookshops. The book El Caballero de Indias was not completed until after his death. Rozenmacher was a respected author. During the military dictatorship that followed Juan Domingo Perón , the so-called Revolución Libertadora , he worked as an editor on a sports magazine. The reports first had to be presented to the censor , who approved most of his reports.

He died on August 6, 1971, together with his son Juan Pablo, as a result of a gas explosion. He was considered very punctual and reliable. After he failed to show up at an agreed meeting point in the hospital, she went home with a doctor from the hospital to see that everything was okay. But the doctor couldn't do anything for him.
