Gertrud Zetterholm

Gertrud Zetterholm (born April 1, 1918 in Ronneby as Gertrud Villius ) is a Swedish author and journalist .

Life

Zetterholm made his debut in 1946 with the novel Obemärkt ( Unbeknownst ), followed by several children's books. From 1964 to 1979 she wrote causery articles for the Swedish monthly magazine Femina and for the Swedish Church Newspaper from 1982 to 1986. Her collected spiritual everyday causeries have been published in several anthologies . In 1966 she presented the radio show Sommar on the Swedish radio station Sveriges Radio P1 .

In 1966, she was awarded the Great Journalism Prize in the Periodical Press category. The jury found the motivation for this award in

"... her stylistically high-quality contribution in femininity , which in its chatty form combines cleverness, general humanity and personal commitment."

Zetterholm is the mother of the Swedish songwriter and author Finn Zetterholm and was married to the writer Tore Zetterholm .
