Business room

The business rooms (official abbreviation to central service provision (ZDv) 64/10 GeschZi ; colloquial abbreviations gezi ) referred to in the German Federal Armed Forces a room of a company in the armed forces. In a broader sense, it also means the office soldiers working in it. He is part of the back office. The office is subordinate to the company sergeant (also called spit) and the company commander and receives orders from them.

tasks

General administrative tasks, including:

  • Preparation of the company's daily strength report (presence of soldiers)

The staff in the business room usually consists of a non-commissioned officer who has been trained for staff duty and one or more team soldiers. The team soldiers are often qualified for their work as part of on-the-job training (AAP). A senior team soldier (e.g. corporal , corporal, or corporal ) can also be deployed in place of the sergeant .

Today's business rooms are equipped with one or more workstation PCs that simplify and accelerate the soldiers' activities. Office and computer skills are therefore an important criterion when choosing business soldiers.
