Protected part of the landscape of field trees on the Studenbusch
The protected landscape component Feldhöölz am Studenbusch with an area of 0.51 hectares is located southwest of Niedersfeld in the urban area of Winterberg . The area was designated as a protected landscape component (LB) in 2008 when the Winterberg landscape plan was drawn up by the district council of the Hochsauerlandkreis . The LB borders in the southwest on the Ellenberg nature reserve and otherwise on the Winterberg nature reserve .
Area description
It is an island-like, small stand of hardwood from some older beech trees. In the Ellenberg landscape protection area, there is a lean grassland area, which is a legally protected biotope according to § 30 BNatSchG .
