Gesine Skrzepski

Gesine Skrzepski (born September 5, 1955 in Binz ) is a German cultural scientist and politician ( CDU ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school in 1974, Skrzepski completed an apprenticeship as a photographer and worked from 1978 to 1990 as a sports and cultural consultant for the holiday service of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. At the same time, she took up a distance learning course in cultural and art studies at the Karl Marx University in Leipzig in 1984 , which she completed in 1989 with the examination for a degree in cultural studies.

Political party

Skrzepski is a member of the CDU.

MPs

Skrzepski was a member of the Rügen district from 1990 to 1994 and was elected president of the district in 1994. From 1994 to 2006 she was a member of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state parliament , where she was temporarily chairwoman of the tourism committee.

Public offices

From 1990 to 1994 Skrzepski was head of the tourism, trade and environment department in the Rügen district.
