Gestaçô is a municipality in the northern Portuguese district of Baião (district of Porto). On June 30, 2011 Gestaçô had 1263 inhabitants.

Gestaçô is best known for the craftsmanship of "stick bending" that has been practiced there since 1902. The “ Bengalas de Gestaçô ” are enjoying growing popularity again throughout Portugal, especially among students. In August 2007 the “Casa das Bengalas” opened in Gestaçô, a museum dedicated to the art of bent sticks.

Gestaçô is the birthplace of the communist writer Soeiro Pereira Gomes (1909–1949).
