The Ghiacciaio Matz ( Italian for Matzgletscher ) is a glacier in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located 55 km east of the Mario Zucchelli station in the trough valley of the Anderton glacier and belongs to the Reeves glacier system in the Eisenhower Range . Its area of ​​origin is on the eastern slope of Mount Matz .

Italian scientists named it after the name of the mountain of the same name. Its namesake is the American geologist David B. Matz, who worked at the McMurdo station from 1965 to 1966 .
