Giacomo Candido

Giacomo Candido (* around 1566 in Syracuse ; † August 1608 ) was an Italian Roman Catholic bishop .

Candido was a priest and doctor of theology and both rights. He was appointed Bishop of Lacedonia on November 13, 1606 and ordained bishop on November 19 in Rome by the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem Fabio Biondi , assisted by Angelo Rocca , founder of the Biblioteca Angelica .
