Giech was a municipality in the district of Bamberg , Upper Franconia , Bavaria .

history

The municipality of Giech was created on April 1, 1971 through the merger of the previously independent municipalities of Straßgiech and Wiesengiech .

On May 1, 1978, the community was dissolved and incorporated into the city of Scheßlitz .
