Gina Sicilia (born March 6, 1985 in Newton , Pennsylvania ) is an American blues , R&B and soul singer, songwriter and musician.

Gina Sicilia is the daughter of an Italian immigrant and an American from Philadelphia . At the age of six she was already singing in local talent competitions. At 12 she wrote her first songs, at 14 she began to be interested in blues and soul, which from then on should remain her musical focus.

In 2007 Gina Sicilia released her debut album Allow Me To Confess . The producer Richard Rosenblatt became aware of them, who signed them on his label VizzTone. In 2008 Sicilia was nominated for a Blues Music Award in the category "Best New Artist Debut" and performed at the award ceremony.

In October 2008 their second album Hey Sugar was released , which reached number 10 on the “Living Blues Radio” charts. In the following years she toured extensively through the States. In 2011 she took part in the "Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruise"; she performed with Kenny Wayne Shepherd , Joan Osborne and The Holmes Brothers, among others .

In March 2011, Sicilia's third album Can't Control Myself came out, which received good reviews and went to number 11 on the “Living Blues Radio” charts.

From 2013 albums were released almost every year.

The album Heard the Lie (2018) rose to number 10 on the Billboard Blues Music Charts and to number 11 on the Living Blues Radio charts.
