Ginutis Dainius Voveris
Ginutis Dainius Voveris (born February 26, 1944 in Kaišiadorys ) is a Lithuanian diplomat and ambassador .
Life
From 1961 to 1968 he studied at the Vilnius branch of Kauno politechnikos institutas . From 1969 to 1991 he worked as an engineer in the Lithuanian companies. Since 1991 he has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania . From 1992 to 1993 he headed a sub-department. From 1997 to 2001 he was ambassador to the People's Republic of China , from 2001 to 2006 in Singapore , Indonesia , Thailand and Malaysia , from 2001 to 2002 also in South Korea , from 2006 to 2010 in Egypt , Jordan , Syria , Lebanon , Kuwait (from 2007 until 2010 also for Saudi Arabia ).
