Andrea Giovi (born August 19, 1983 in Perugia ) is an Italian volleyball player .

Career

Giovi started his career in 1997 at CUS Perugia. With the club he played in various lower-class leagues until 2003. In 2003 he came to the first division club RPA Perugia . After the 2005/06 season with the second division Monini Spoleto , he moved to the also second-rate Famigliulo Corigliano , with whom he made promotion the following year. In 2009 he won the Italian Cup with Lube Macerata . He then worked for Andreoli Latina for a year before joining ER San Giustino . In 2011 he reached the final of the European Championship with the Italian national team . In 2012 he won the bronze medal with Italy at the Olympic Games in London .
