Gisela Wirths

Gisela Wirths (born February 21, 1949 in Hämmerholz / Roth (Altenkirchen district) ; † January 21, 2011 in Berlin ) was a German nurse and politician ( AL ). At the time of German reunification, she was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives for one year .

Life

Gisela Wirths initially trained as a nurse . She moved to Berlin, where she was also the chairwoman of the works council. Later she worked in the training of nursing staff.

politics

In 1989 Wirths moved into the Berlin House of Representatives for the Alternative List for Democracy and Environmental Protection, to which she was a member until 1990. After 1999 she left the Alliance 90 / The Greens .
