Giuseppe Barale

Giuseppe Barale (born June 1, 1934 in Villadossola , † April 27, 2007 ibid) was an Italian cyclist and national cycling champion .

Athletic career

Barale became the Italian road racing champion in 1955 . In the next season he started as a professional driver. As such, he won the Trofeo Visentini in his first year as a professional. In 1959 he won the Tour of the Four Cantons in Switzerland . This remained his only successes as a professional driver along with a few other podium places in one-day races. In 1957 he was at the start of the Giro d'Italia 1957 and finished the tour in 75th place. In 1960 he ended his career.
