Giuseppe Mazzarelli (born August 14, 1972 in Uster ) is a former Swiss football player , he plays in the position of defender .
Giuseppe Mazzarelli began his career at FC Zurich . For the 2000/01 season he moved from FC St. Gallen was with whom he in the season 1999/2000 Swiss made - - for AS Bari in the Italian Serie A . Here he was able to earn a regular place straight away. At the end of the season, the club relegated to Serie B , Mazzarelli remained loyal to the club and was also regularly used in Serie B. In the 2002/03 season, however, he was rarely used. Mazzarelli ended his career at FC Baden in the Challenge League . He is currently working as a talent scout at FC Zurich.
